Ms. Sim Phalla, Chief Executive Officer

Mrs. Sim Phalla is 32 years old from Kampong Cham Province. In terms of education, she obtained bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2008 from Norton University, bachelor’s degree in English for Communication in 2011 from Western University and master’s degree in Finance and Banking in 2013 from Western University.

From 2008 to 2010, she worked as Secretary to Oknha Ly Hour, President of Ly Hour Group. From 2010 to 2011, she worked as Finance Manager of Ly Hour Pawnshop Co., Ltd. From 2011 to 2013, she worked as Operation Director of Ly Hour Pawnshop Co.,Ltd. and at the same time she also worked as Purchasing Manager at Borey Vimean Phnom Penh. From 2013 until now, she has been promoted as Chief Executive Officer of Ly Hour Pawnshop Co., Ltd. and Personal Assistant to Oknha Ly Hour. Regarding her leadership and management, Mrs. Sim Phalla has developed Ly Hour Pawnshop Co., Ltd. to be the best company in the industry and received award every year.

Ms. Lim Kimlorrn, Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Mrs. Lim Kimlorrn is 28 years old from the refugee camps of Side 2 (Cambodia-Thailand border). She graduated bachelor’s degree of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance in 2010 from National Institute of Business.

She has worked for Ly Hour Pawnshop Co., Ltd. since 2010. From 2010 to 2012, she worked as Assistant to Operation Director. From 2012 until now, she has been promoted as Deputy CEO in charge of accounting, administration and customer service.
Regarding her commitment, Mrs. Lim Kimlorrn got several awards from Ly Hour Pawnshop Co., Ltd for being the outstanding staff.

Mr. Met Sokmengchheang, Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Met Sokmengchheang is 33 years old from Kampong Cham Province. In terms of education, he obtained master’s degree in Banking and Finance in 2014 from Western University.

He has worked for Ly Hour Group since 2011. From 2011 to 2012, he worked for Ly Hour Pawnshop Co., Ltd. as Senior Credit Officer. From 2012 to 2014, he worked for Ly Hour Microfinance Institution Plc. as Branch Manager at Angsnoul Branch, Kandal Province. From 2014 to 2015, he was promoted to work for Ly Hour Paypro Plc. as Regional Manager in charge of Kampong Speu, Kampong Chhnang and Pursat Province.
From 2015 until now, he has been promoted to work for Ly Hour Pawnshop Co., Ltd. again as Deputy CEO in charge of loan, branch and warehouse.
