Ly Hour Pawnshop Co., Ltd. was granted the license on June 4, 2010 from the Ministry of Economy and Finance. Oknha Ly Hour, Chairman of Board of Directors of Ly Hour Pawnshop Co., Ltd., has been nominated as the Chairman of Board of Directors of Cambodia Pawnbroker Association since June 15, 2014.
There are two types of product, short-term loan and long-term loan.
1. Short-term loan: Car and Motorcycle
2. Long-term loan: Land and House
