Ms.Chen Jia, Chief Executive Officer
She was born in Anhui China, and holds Master Degree in General Management from Charles Stuart University Australia, and Association Degree in Insurance from Malaysia Insurance Institute (AMII). She has more than 15 years’ experience in general insurance industry in Cambodia, mostly in Sales, Marketing and General Management fields. She joined with Lyhour Insurance in the position of CEO from March 2018.

Mr. Ngeth Bunthoeurn, Chief Operating Officer
Born in 1979 in Takeo province, Cambodia, he joined Ly Insurance Plc as the pioneer staff to start up the company since 2017 as Chief Operating Officer. He has over 15 years of experience in claims management, underwriting and risk management. He has experienced in set up the operational process, workflow, manual, and underwriting guidelines. He has obtained a Master of Finance from the National University of Management and holding two bachelor degrees, a Bachelor of Art in Philosophy from Royal University of Phnom Penh and Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from National University of Management.

Mr.Hann Sohat, Head of Sales & Marketing Department
Born in 1964 in Kampot province, joined Ly Hour Insurance Plc in November 2017 to help establishing the company. More than 15 years of experience working for the Government and more than 18 years selling insurance products, conducting the presentation to the clients and providing the training to new staff. Studied in the former Soviet Union, Bachelor Degree in Business Management at National Institute of Management. Speak 4 different languages including Mother tongue.

Mr.Phim Runsinara, Head of IT Department
Born in 1981 in Kandal province, Cambodia, he joined Ly Insurance Plc as the pioneer staff to start up the company since 2017 as Head of IT Department. He has over 10 years of experience in Business Data Analysis and Enterprise Resource Planning Solution. He has experienced in set up business solution, workflow and preparing manual. He has hold two bachelor degrees, a Bachelor of Science Computer from Norton University of Phnom Penh and Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from National University of Management. He also obtained many certificates in short course of ERP solution including local and overseas’ training.
