Chumteav Oknha Seang Lim, Chief Executive Officer

Born on December 31, 1957 in Kompong Cham province, she has started her business life as seller in her home province in early 1980s, four years after her marriage with Oknha Ly Hour in 1976 during Pol Pot regime. In the year 1983, she together with her husband moved to Phnom Penh Capital to sell fabrics and clothes imported from Vietnam. the business was later changed to money exchange and gold trading in 1986.
She has an extensive experience in business administration over 30 years as Chief Executive Officer of Ly Hour Exchange Co., ltd. She has also led high performing team with a network of 14 branch offices to professionally serve clients, which enabled the company to be a well-known and trustworthy currency exchange service provider in Cambodia.

Ms. Teang Leang, Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Teang Leang joined Ly Hour Exchange  Co., Ltd. (“Exchange”) in February 1998 as General Office Manager. Through her ability, trustworthiness, and reliability, she has been promoted to Deputy Chief Executive Officer by Oknha Ly Hour, the owner of Ly Hour Exchange  Co., Ltd. since then.

Ms. Leang is currently holding the first cycle of diploma, BACI in Cambodia.

Mr. Doung Cheangngy, Head of Finance & Accounting

Mr. Cheangngy joined Ly Hour Exchange Co., Ltd. (“Exchange”) in January 1994 as an Accountant and has been promoted to Head of Finance & Accounting by Oknha Ly Hour, the owner of Ly Hour Exchange  Co., Ltd. since then.

Mr. Cheangngy is currently holding the secondary cycle of diploma, BACII in Cambodia.

Mr. Lim Bundarith, Head of Public Relationship

Mr. Bundarith joined Ly Hour Exchange  Co., Ltd. (“Exchange”) in January 1994 as a Currency Hedging Officer. Through his ability, trustworthiness, and reliability, he has been promoted to Head of Public Relationship by Oknha Ly Hour, the owner of Ly Hour Exchange Co., Ltd. since then.

Mr. Bundarith is currently holding the secondary cycle of diploma, BACII in Cambodia.

Ms. Seang Sophany, Head of Marketing

Ms. Sophany joined Ly Hour Exchange  Co., Ltd. (“Exchange”) in January 1987 as a Currency Hedging Officer. Through her ability, trustworthiness, and reliability, she has been promoted to Head of Marketing by Oknha Ly Hour, the owner of Ly Hour Exchange  Co., Ltd. since then.

Ms. Sophany is currently holding the first cycle of diploma, BACI in Cambodia.

Mr. Khai Sokkhun, Head of Human Resource & Branch Support

Mr. Sokkhun joined Ly Hour Exchange Co., Ltd. (“Exchange”) in September 2005 as a Teller and has been promoted to Head of Human Resource & Branch Support by Oknha Ly Hour, the owner of Ly Hour Exchange  Co., Ltd since then.

Sokkhun has completed his Bachelor Degree in IT Specialist from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam in May 2005.

Ms. Yi Sokvy, Head of Accounting

Ms. Yi Sokvy , has joined Ly Hour Exchange Co ., Ltd in July 2015 as an Accountant .
She have completed certificate in Pedagogy in Chinese Language at Duan Fa Chinese School in 2006 and she has completed her Bachelor in Financial Banking at Human Resources University in 2013.
