Mr. Buo Choeun, Chief Executive Officer
He has completed his Bachelor of Finance and Banking at Pannasastra University of Cambodia, the University which adopt English-based curriculum, in 2008 and now pursuing ACCA. He has completed plenty of trainings on IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, ISA, Cambodian Taxation. He had 4 years of experiences as Head of Finance in GL Finance Plc, a first leasing company in Cambodia who has parent company listed in Stock Exchange of Thailand. During his 4 years at GL Finance Plc, he participated in building and developing the Company from the start in which he involved in development of policies for implementation. Before joining GL Finance Plc., he has 6 years of experiences in KPMG Cambodia, one of the big four audit firms in the World, as Auditor. He used to involve in the audits of various industries including Bank, MFI, Manufacturing, Hotel, Trading Company, NGOs and Projects. Therefore, he has possessed a strong background in Accounting, Finance and Auditing as demonstrated through his past leadership roles and experiences.Before transferring to be in-charged of CEO of Ly Hour Leasing Plc, he used to work as Chief Financial Officer at Ly Hour Microfinance Institution Plc.
Ms. Phan Sonita, Head of Operation Department
Ms. Phan Sonita joined Ly Hour Leasing Plc. in October 2015 as Sales Consultant. She was changed to Accountant in March 2016 and then on October 2016 she was promoted to be Head of Operation Department responsible for Car buying, garage management, showroom management, and Operation expenses. She has completed BBA in 2015, majoring in Public Administration at Royal University of Law and Economic. Before Joining in LHL, she used to work for New World Microfinance for 1year as Sale Consultant by responsible for many works including stock, daily report, received payment, and customer service.
Ms. Khun Sokngim, Acting General Manager of City Link
Ms. Sokngim holds bachelor degree in management at National University of Management in 2018 and she started her first career with responsibility in HR field at Ming Wuoy Group in 2012. After that she moved to CamHR and CMDK Group. Willing to learn more, Sokngim has changed her career to sale person by joining Phnom Penh Taxi and was transferred to City Link Transportation (Cambodia) Co., Ltd in June 2017 as sale and Marketing Manager. Through her work performance and intelligence, she is currently holding the position of Acting GM.
Mr. Oun Sinaro, Head of Finance Department
Mr. Sinaro holds master degree in field of Financial Management from National University of Management in 2008 and bachelor degree of business administration in Accounting from National University of Management in 2004. Presently he is continuing his ACCA program at CamEd Business School. He attended numerous professional courses including Financial Management, Strategic Plan, Assets and Liabilities Management, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Management Information System and other financial institution-related courses. He worked for Sahakrinpheap Micro-Finance as Head of Finance Department from June 12, 2017 to December 31, 2017. He also has spent more than 3 years working for Cambodia Post Bank Plc., from April 2014 to June 2017 as Finance Manager. And used to worked as Finance Unit Manager for Special Project MFI at CANADIA Bank Plc., from January 2103 to March 2014. Prior to this he spent almost 8 years working for ACLEDA Bank Plc, served as Accountant from 2005 to 2007, Chief Accountant from 2007 to 2011, Management Accounting Officer from June 2011 to January 2013. He joins Ly Hour Leasing as Head of Finance Department in January 02, 2018.
Mr. Chout Bunlong, Head of Credit Risk Department
Mr. Bunlong holds bachelor degree in Finance & Banking at Build Bright University in 2011. Bunlong has experience almost 06 years including planning and managing the credit/loan portfolio quality, addressing the overdue to maintain a healthy credit quality and quantity, practical leadership and management, managing the branch operations and member of credit committee. Before joining Ly Hour Leasing Plc., He worked for Chamroeun Microfinance Plc, as Credit Officer and Branch Manager.and he joined Ly Hour Leasing PLC. as the Head of Credit Risk Department in May 2017.
Mr. Suong Vibol, Head of Sale and Marketing Department
Mr. Vibol holds master degree in management from National University of Management in 2016 and bachelor degree of business administration in Banking and Finance at Build Bright University in 2010 and Pedagogy of Takeo Center in Biology and Earth in 2002. He was a Teacher in Hight School from October 01, 2002 to January 31, 2007, He also has spent more than 11 years working in an outstanding microfinance in Cambodia which was promoted in various position such as General Credit Officer, Specialized Credit Officer, Deputy Branch Manager, Branch Manager and Senior Branch Manager. He has experience almost 11 years including Sale and managing the Credit, Financial service and Money Transfer Service and loan portfolio quality, practical leadership and he joins Ly Hour Leasing as Head of Sale and Marketing Department in September 17, 2018.
Mrs. Ngoun Navy, Head of HR & Admin
Mrs.Navy holds bachelor degree in business management at AEU University in 2012. She has 9 years experience as Senior HR at a private company and joined with Ly Hour Leasing Plc. as HR Manager in August 2017.
