Ly Hour Microfinance Institution Plc. was established in the late 2012 and received license number 37 from National Bank of Cambodia on 02 October, 2012, is the institution which has adequate capacity and completeness in order to operate officially proving loan service to customers. Ly Hour Microfinance Institution Plc. was launched officially on 09 October, 2012, presided of H.E Ouk Maly who is Deputy Governors that is high representative H.E. CHEA CHANTO who is Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia.
