Ly Hour Microfinance Institution Plc. was established in late 2012 as a public limited company, with paid capital of USD16 million under business registration number Co.2046KH/2012 dated August 6, 2012 issued by Ministry of Commerce The institution received its countrywide microfinance license (MFI) on 2 October 2012 from National Bank of Cambodia.
Primary activities are to provide the microfinance services to low-middle income people and small and medium enterprise through Head Office and Branch Offices throughout Cambodia.
The Institution’s Head Office is located at No. 289, Street Kim Il Sung, Sangkat Boeung Kak II, Khan ToulKork, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. We have operation network in 28 Branches in 17 Provinces with the support of online and centralized Core-banking (Optimal 9) running on Oracle Database and sun system infrastructure. All branches are connected to head office.
Conditions to obtain credit
-Active adults, 18 to 65 years old;
-Having permanent residence in the operational area;
-Having ownership certificate of real estate property which is recognized by the local authority;
-Having identity document such as family Book, Identity Card and other Identity Documents that have aim to use clear capital and legal business.
