Ly Hour Microfinance Institution received its microfinance license from National Bank of Cambodia on October 02, 2012 to provide financial services to low income household and family, small and medium enterprise throughout Cambodia. The institution’s Head Office is located at No. 85-88, Kim il Sung Boulevard, Sangkat Boeung Kak II, Khan Tuol Kork, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Currently, Ly Hour Microfinance Institution Plc. is standing in 9th rank among other microfinance institutions in Cambodia. The institution is now ready to expand its operation with support from Information System to control daily banking activities running on Oracle Database and SUN System. The institution consists of 7 board members, including 3 independent board members whose responsibility is to ensure good governance and sustainable over a long period for Ly Hour Microfinance Institution.
The institution formally got the approval from National Bank of Cambodia on appointing the independent board members on May 08, 2015.
National Bank of Cambodia has approved the institution to expand its registered capital from USD 5 million to USD 16 million in January 2015.
The institution has got 2 international awards:
1.International Star for Quality from Business Initiative Directions.
2.The Best Enterprise Award from Europe Business Assembly.
