Ms. Soeung Panha, Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Soeung Panha has completed her bachelor degree in Accounting and an associate degree in English from Western University. Ms. Panha, born on March 02, 1987, has joined Tepi Agro Investment Co., Ltd. in July 2012 as Accountant and has been promoted to Assistant to President in October 2015 by Oknha Ly Sopheark, Vice President of Ly Hour Group Prior to this, Panha worked as an Assistant Accountant, General Purchaser, Account Receivable Supervisor at Western University, a Customer Service Representative at The Pizza Company of RM Asia Co., Ltd.

Mr. Ly Rothanak, Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Ly Rathanak has joined Tepi Agro Investment Co., Ltd in June 2014 as Plantation Manager and has been promoted to Deputy Chief Executive officer (DCEO) in June 2018 by OKnha Ly Sopheak, Vice President of Ly hour Group. In addition to this, Mr. Ly Ratanak has very strong experience for more than 28 years in the rubber plantation. He also used to work with CMAMKAR ANDONG Plantation Company as Chief villager of rubber Taping plantation from 1992 to 2007. From 2008 to 2010, he was a Farm Manager at Sal Sophea Trade Co., Ltd in Steung Treng Province. From 2011 to 2014, Deputy Director at Ann Marady Group in Preh Vihea Province.

Mr. Ry Pengsrin, Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Ry Pengsrin has joined Tepi Agro Investment Co., Ltd in June 2014 as plantation Manager and been promoted to Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) in august 2016 by Oknha Ly Sopheark, Vice President of Ly Hour Group. In addition to this, Mr. Pengsrin has very strong experience for more than 11 years in the rubber plantation, he also used to work with Chub Plantation company as Plantation Manager and Taping Plantation Manager from 2004 to 20110. In Hay Yung Rubber Plantation company as General Manager in plantation form 2010 to 2014. Currently, Mr. Ry Pengsrin has completed his bachelor degree in Agricultural science from Kampong Cham National Institute of Agriculture.
